In the meantime here is a little inspiration and insight into the possibilities...

  • In 2011 we teamed up with the Alberta Funeral Services Association to ensure each hotel room booked for the conference resulted in the planting and care of a tree! As a special touch we also arranged for each conference participant to have a spruce seedling to take home in a handy environmentally responsible biodegradable bag.
  • In 2009 the "Sustainable Transportation: Where Do You Fit In?" Symposium, held jointly by CSCE, ITE and the University of Alberta worked with us to ensure that the event's carbon footprint was balanced.
