John's Forest - Operations Report
Our goal is to grow each of Our Forests organically. As such, John's Forest has been and will continue to be cared for in ways that are consistent with the environmental consciousness our Carbon Plus Credits represent. To maintain transparency in our practices and operations we have included a reporting system that shows Our Offsetters the synthetic fertilizer and pesticide consumption for John's Forest. You can find these operations reports below and please note that they will be updated at least on an annual basis. Our operations reports also include a comparison of the synthetic fertilizer and pesticide use that would have occurred if the land would have continued to be farmed conventionally. When you become one of Our Offsetters you will also be decreasing the amount of carbon intense synthetic fertilizers and fuel it takes to care for our land, which represents a carbon footprint decrease all on its own. Please refer to Organic Operations for more information on our management practices.
